Sign Up
Create your account and select "I am a Community Health Assistant".
Submit Your Details
Enter your KMTC certificate number, linked facility, Community Health Unit, and county.
Verification
Our team verifies your credentials with KMTC and your linked facility. This usually takes 24-48 hours.
Start Managing
Once approved, access your dashboard to add CHVs, generate enrollment codes, and monitor your unit.
What You Need
To register as a CHA on Afya Rejeshi, you'll need the following:
- KMTC Certificate in Community Health
- Active assignment to a Community Health Unit
- Linked to a Level 2 or Level 3 health facility
- Registered under a Kenya county government
- Smartphone or computer with internet access
