Common Questions
What do I need to register as a CHA?
A KMTC certificate in community health, an active assignment to a Community Health Unit, and a link to a Level 2 or Level 3 health facility.
How are my credentials verified?
Our team verifies your KMTC certificate and your linked facility. You must also be registered under a Kenya county government. Verification usually takes 24 to 48 hours.
How do my CHVs join the platform?
Once approved, you generate unique enrollment codes for each CHV. They use the code to register and start serving their communities.
What device do I need?
A smartphone or computer with internet access is enough to manage your unit, monitor screening outcomes, and review CHV submissions.
