A family account lets you manage mental health support for everyone under one roof — while keeping each person's sessions completely private.
You Set Up the Account
Register as the family admin. Add family members by name and relationship. Each person gets their own private login.
Everyone Gets Private Access
Each family member can chat with a counsellor, take screenings, and access resources — all confidentially.
You Stay in the Loop
As the admin, you see who has been active (not what was discussed). For minors, you receive care summaries with practitioner consent.
Strict Privacy Boundaries
Parents cannot read their teenager's chat messages. Session content is between the client and their practitioner.
